***** Pre-orders *****
We are now going to be preorder only store. Due to current situations we feel like this will be the best for us asa company to continue to be up and running as a business. This means the website will be open for a couple of weeks and closed for the rest of the month.
Pre order turn around will now be 6-8 weeks. This is because it will now take longer to get fabrics into stock.
However if there is any chance of it being being delayed you will receive a message updating you on your order if there is a problem.
If you are looking for an urgent order please give us a message and we will see if we can fit you in. Please message before ordering just to check that we can do the urgent order.
***** Shipping *****
At the moment we currently use Royal mail and only in the UK. You should receive your parcel 1-3 business days from the date we have sent it.
If the parcel goes missing we have to go through the standard procedure with royal mail before replacing. We will keep you up to date with the procedure if this were to happen.
***** Care Instructions *****
We will pop in some care instructions with your order of how to keep your items looking as fresh as possible. Wear can happen, like most clothing, so make sure you follow the instructions to get the best life span out of your new clothes.
Do not tumble dry. Handwash will give the best life to your items. 30 degrees max. no fabric conditioner
***** Stock *****
We try and stock as much as possible but working in a spare room at home it is hard to keep everything under one roof. Sometimes we will have to order things in especially if it is not something which is not as popular as some items, or in other cases something is so popular we run out. If we run out of stock and cannot get hold of it from our supplier we will give you a message to let you know and what you wish to do with your order.
***** Returns *****
Unfortunately due to being a small business refunds are unavailable on personalised items, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you do have any problems which we will do our very best to rectify.
Personalised items: please make sure everything is spelt correctly before ordering as it will not be our fault if incorrectly spelt and size of item is correct.
If we are to accept an order for refund the postage will not be refunded and you will need to cover return postage cost unless our fault. The item must be returned new and unused before we can issue the refund.
