14 days to return the item, as soon as we have received the item we will then refund you how the original payment was made
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PRODUCTS?
To keep your product in best condition. Hand wash advised but i know we all have busy lives.
Turn clothes inside out and pop in the washing machine at 30 degrees max.
DO NOT tumble dry
Iron on a low heat INSIDE OUT. Ironing keeps the vinyl looking fresh.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TRUE TO SIZE?
Most of my products are generally good sizing. However i do hold stock of items which do come up small. If the product does come up small in size this will be stated in description. So please always read just in case
HOW LONG IS YOUR TURNAROUND?
Our turn around is 12-20 working days starting from the day after order. I do try and get all orders out by the 10th day or earlier. This will depend on the stock I have. If there are items which take longer to get in to stock this will be stated on the description so please make sure you read. If we have any delays we will always notify via email so please make sure you leave the correct details
